This hotel has an excellent location. I found several restaurant choices and I enjoyed them all. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful (a true demonstration of dedication). I had a complimentary upgrade to a better room and executive lounge access.
The music was sometimes loud in the evenings, which affected sleep quality slightly.

The King Guest Room featured a furnished balcony. The room included a large bed and a seating area. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub, offering a comfortable experience.

The room was not cleaned properly one day. the staff did not replace the towels until i requested them, and there was some delay. also, the pool area was crowded. finding a lounger was difficult, even early in the morning. i expect a more attentive service for this level of hotel. I found the experience lacking.

the breakfast had plenty of options. the bed was comfy. i liked the partial sea view from the room. staff members were cute and helpfull.
i ordered a birthday cake before we arrived. i never received it. i had to ask for room service to clean my room on two of the four days. the music by the pool was loud. it was not relaxing. it was not a 5 star experience.
